Our volunteer leadership team works throughout the year to make important decisions and prepare for each season in every aspect of the production to ensure the highest quality performances while providing the best experience to patrons, dancers, volunteers, and supporters. Our leadership team is guided by board members Eldar Valiev, Jennifer Day, Katie Hart, and Ashley Odom.

Our mission as a non-profit organization heavily relies on the invaluable contributions of volunteers. Every year, more than 150 dedicated volunteers work tirelessly to ensure patrons receive exceptional performances and services. These volunteers are responsible for various tasks such as managing costumes, schedules, community outreach, advertising, business sales, fundraising, communications, and more
